Namukweny Valley in Kidepo:  Namukweny valley is one of the magnificent valleys within Kidepo Valley National Park. Namukweny is a name delivered from Karamajong which meant a place with no birds. It is believed that the Karamajong people while grazing could hardly find birds in those areas simply because the vegetation by then was not favorable.
