Lake Mburo is the largest lake among the 5 lakes found in Lake Mburo National Park. The boat cruise begins at 8:00am, 10:00 am, 12:00pm, 2:00pm, 4:00pm and at 5:30pm.

Lodges are also available in the park for visitors for example Rwonyo rest camp, eagles nest Mburo, Rwokobo rock, Mburo safari lodges and among others. It will take you 3-4 hours to reach Lake Mburo National Park when coming from Kampala through Masaka.
