Day 1: Pick up from and Transfer Bwindi

On this first day of your 3 Days Offseason Gorillas Safari tour, you will rise early prepare yourself, and have breakfast that is when you have spent a night in Kampala and then have your breakfast. You will wake up early in the morning and have breakfast and then go to the park headquarters to attend the 7:30 am briefing session before you go deep into the Bwindi Impenetrable forest to search for the endangered mountain gorillas. The gorilla trekking activity in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park takes about 30 minutes to 8 hours which means that you need to prepare adequately for this wonderful tour and you need to have some levels of fitness since the activity is also physically demanding. After you have seen the giant Mountain gorillas, you will return to your lodge for relaxation and later in the evening head for the cultural walk to experience the Batwa pygmies and later return to the lodge for the dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Return to Kampala

Bwindi impenetrable forest national park is one of the leading destinations that is known for gorilla trekking and gorilla habituation experiences found at the edge of the African rift valley in the southwestern part of Uganda in the district of Kisoro, Kanungu, and Rubanda districts. Bwindi impenetrable forest national has four sectors which are known as gorilla trekking sectors. These sectors include Nkuringo, Buhoma, and Rushaga in the southwestern part of the park and Ruhija in the Eastern part of Uganda.

The presence of habituated gorilla families in Bwindi has made this park popular for both gorilla trekking and gorilla habituation process. Some of the habituated gorilla families include Nkuringo, Mubare, Rushegura, Busingye, Habiyanja. Oruzogo, Bitukura, Kahungye, Christmas party. Bwindi Forest Park features the best chance for you to see mountain gorillas and you can easily trek the gorillas within this park.
