Budadiri town is found in Eastern Uganda close to Sironko district which is almost 215km from Kampala the capital city of Uganda. Budadiri town is the main urban center found in Sironko district which is almost 13km as you’re on the road heading to the southeast of Sironko, where the headquarters of the district is found. Budadiri town is found at the Mount Elgon foothill and there is a staging area which is at the base of the camp and for those who would love to scale the mountain.

Hiking Mountain Elgon national park begins from Budadiri, and it takes only a 1-hour drive in the park. some pretty bumpy, dirt roads here the pajero 4×4 wheel drive is the most recommended car. Budadiri town can be reached in two ways that are from Mbale to Budadiri or you can use the road up to Sironko. This trading center is the most amazing famous walking trail to Sipi falls as it takes only 20 minutes in each direction, leads from behind the post office in Sipi trading center to the base of the main waterfall.
