Day 1: Kampala – Bwindi impenetrable forest national park

On your way to the park, you will have lots of sightings like a stopover at the equator to take photos, another stopover at the Igongo Cultural Centre for lunch, rolling hills of Kigezi as you proceed to Bwindi forest national park. You will arrive at the park in the evening, check in your lodge have dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Mountain gorilla trekking – Bwindi forest

Today is the highlight of your 5 Days Bwindi, Lake Bunyonyi And Lake Mburo Safari In Uganda! After early morning breakfast, you will get your packed lunch and meet your driver-guide for a transfer to the park headquarters for a briefing. During the briefing, they will tell you about things concerning gorilla trekking, group you into 8, and give you a ranger guide to lead you into the forest. After 2 – 8 searching for these gorillas, you will finally meet them and a ranger guide will give you a maximum of one hour to spend with them and this will help you learn about their behaviors, watch them do daily activities like playing, breastfeeding, hunting, patrolling making nests and others. Day 3: Bwindi impenetrable forest – lake Bunyonyi

On this day after a tasty breakfast, check out of the lodge and drive to Lake Bunyonyi also termed as a great destination for birders because of the various number of birds that stay in the area. Upon arrival at lake Bunyonyi, you will check in into your booked lodge and have some lunch. in the afternoon you il go for a boat ride on the lake surrounded by hills and forest. During the boat ride, you will explore some of the 29 islands on the lake among which include the punishment island where pregnant unmarried girls were taken to starve and die. in the evening return to the lodge and have dinner.
