2 Days Twin Lakes Cycling Safari Rwanda

2 days Rwanda twin lakes cycling safari takes you through different villages, small town, and rolling hills to lake Ruhondo and lake Burera located on the northwestern side of Rwanda on the outskirts of Musanze. Lake Ruhondo and lake Burera were formed as a result of a volcanic eruption that took place on Mountain Sabyinyo forcing the lava to block channels or River Nyabarongo hence the formation of these twin lakes. The lakes are called twins because of their nearness to each other for they are separated by a 1 km wide strip of land.
