Day 1: Pick up from Kigali internal airport or at the hotel

On the first day of our 4 day, Uganda luxury gorilla safaris through Kigali will start from Kigali upon your arrival at the airport or your hotel in case you stayed in Kigali. Day 2: Gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park

You will wake up very in the morning and have breakfast and get your packed launch and head to the park headquarters for gorilla trekking briefing, briefing is done by the ranger guides who will give you the instructions to follow while in the forest enjoying the gorilla trek. Here, you will also be allocated the gorilla family to trek and that’s why it important that you inform your guide about the interest of the gorilla family that you would like to trek such that you can be considered when allocating the gorilla families. Gorilla family allocation is done basing on your interests, physical fitness, and age, and after all this, you will be transferred or taken to the starting point for your gorilla family. Gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park may last between 30 minutes three hours and thus you need to prepare for this journey. You will walk majestically within the forest as you encounter different wildlife which will be identified to you by your guide until you reach the habituated gorilla family. You will spend only one hour with the habituated gorilla family as you enjoy the family while observing their activities such as feeding and learn more about these animals including what do they do and what they like. Day 3: Gorilla habituation experience/ Batwa cultural experience and back to lodge

On the 3rd day of our 4 days Uganda luxury gorilla safaris through Kigali, you will wake up in the morning and have breakfast, grab your packed lunch, and aging head to the park headquarters for a more length experience of gorilla habituation experience. With gorilla habituation experience, you will spend 4 hours enjoy how the researchers, trackers, and guides train mountain gorilla how to get used to human beings. The activity also starts with a briefing and thereafter you will head to the forest to search for the semi habituated gorilla family. Gorilla habituation experience is more physically demanding since you’re dealing with gorillas that are not yet fully habituated and this may require you to move for long distances. You may get a chance to engage in activities of habituating gorillas such as naming the gorillas, collecting samples while in the forest. You will spend 4 hours enjoying this wonderful experience. The same applies to normal gorilla trekking after the four hours of observing the semi-habituated gorillas, you will descent to the park headquarters and collect your certificate and later go to the lodge for relaxation. Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park is found in southwestern Uganda and borders Rwanda and the democratic republic of Congo. The park boasts over 120 mammal species, 30 species of frogs, and 230 species of butterflies, and over 340 species of birds. Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park is known for harboring the largest population of the endangered mountain gorillas (480) in the world and thus facilitating activities such as gorilla trekking and gorilla habituation experience
